Our stay was awful. When booking a last minute room, all we cared about was cleanliness and safety, but I’ve never had a worst hotel night stay— people banging on doors, people yelling/fighting in the parking lot and hallways, loud music playing— this all happened all night long. Did not feel comfortable or safe.

Housekeeping did a really good job cleaning my room. I was pretty impressed by that and they offered cleaning the few days I was there literally every day! This is an undervalued hotel... keep the prices right. I'll return next time I am in town.

Hotel room was really clean with friendly staff who were available at all times to help us out. It felt very safe and the overall facility was well maintained. Breakfast was continental so I enjoyed it with the expectation's of that. Affordable!

Little sleep despite great mattress
The room was amazing. Renovated/updated. Mattress, pillows, sheets were super comfortable. Great shower head and low-flush toilet was appreciated. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good; nice variety. The one major drawback was the noise. The person in the room next to me had their tv on ALL night long. Literally. It wasn't a problem at first; I figured they were just staying up a little later than me. I fell right to sleep. But I woke up at 2 am and could not get back to sleep. I tried turning on the fan for some white noise to drown out the tv, but you can't just run the fan by itself; can only control heater/ac by selecting a temperature. Tried earplugs I got on a plane flight, but even with a pillow over my head, still heard the tv. At 5:15 am I couldn't take it anymore. Got dressed, went out, knocked on their door, asked them to turn it down. I don't think they were aware of how loud it was; you could barely hear it out in the hall. I know the staff can't babysit all the guests. But it's a serious problem when the one thing you expect from a hotel is a good night's sleep. Maybe invest in soundproofing for the walls in between rooms?

Aside from the black mold in the shower, this was the noisiest place I have ever stayed.
