Property is beautiful and staff is super friendly, awesome infinity pool and suites are huge. The inside of the suites could use a little sprucing up but overall a great place to stay for the price

Skip this one for anywhere else.
Door to balcony was broken and wouldn't close so hot air blew in all the time. TV went out for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Not a big problem but nice to watch after a long day at the beach. The food was sub par at best. Asked for toilet paper and 5 hours later and after housekeeping cleaned the room, still none. They say they have two restaurants but they really have one and a snack bar by the pool. Avoid everything at the snack bar but the drinks, shrimp cocktail and the cheese burger. Indoor hot tub didn't have the jets working even though we were told to just push the button for the jets. Both lamps were broken and all the mirrors except one were chipped badly. Nine mirrors total and only one in good shape. Door to the fridge didn't work. Door for kitchen storage was also broken. No cooking pans, plates or silverware. Mold on the ceiling. Terrible cover up paint jobs in kitchen, hall way and the living/bedroom. The tub in the balcony was nice but has to be turned on by and drained by a staff member. Of the 6 meals we had at the restaurant, not one appetizer, soup, salad, entre or dessert was edible past one small bit. We left hungry although you can order everything and multiple times but I'm not sure why anyone would. A hot dog a 7-11 would have blown away anything at the restaurant. The food looked good and the service was good. The chicken picatta tasted nothing like piccata and the chicken. Was as hard as a rock and dry as a bone.

It’s not an all inclusive in the real sense. In fact this place does not have a proper restaurant with a menu. We have to do with whatever is provided. There are no lights in the corridors and have zero customer service. The 5 star rating is absolutely not correct, should be a two star at the best.

This is the best place to relax the workers there were amazing front check in Cristian, housekeeping, the maintenance guy Ismael, Down stairs bar by the pool Geraldo the drinks were delicious his series are excellent. And the rooftop dinner time was very good the bartenders Christian &,Freddy were very good and the waiters Hernan and Israe very nice people . I would go back anytime this is a very beautiful place if you're going to relax that's exactly what you going to get.

Staff is amazing. I didn’t give 5 stars only because there was no way to get sun lotion, drinks, anything without leaving the resort. They have a vending machine but it only takes coins. Does not take credit cards. No store to purchase anything. But next time I will Be prepared with what we need before we get there. Yes we will return. That is how wonderful the staff is and how relaxing this resort is. Only one pool but only 38 rooms and adult only. No crowds. Food was great. I really did enjoy my stay.

The staff were Outstanding. Julio and Hernan get a 10. The facility is poorly managed and extremely outdated. Most of the reviews were accurate. However, it is not the staff's fault. If you looking for a party, this is definitely not it. If you want to just relax and not be bothered, come here. Nothing on the property to do, just a nice scenery.. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. Property has great potential.

The room had mold we took photos. The trim was dusty and unkept. There was construction and maintenance in the room next to us so I will assume that is where the dust came from. We immediately checked out at 7:30am because it was to late for us to get a room elsewhere for the night. My husband George got two Asthma attacks that night. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Boy, I’ll start from the good..the staff (for the most part) was really nice and professional, some of the staff (especially in the pool area) are more inclined to help and give service if you tip or speak Spanish. Now to the bad: 1. The pictures are false and shame on Expedia for publishing them. 2. When I tell you EVERYTHING is dirty, I mean it! The tub has yellow stains, the robs had blood on them, the sheets, pillows, sofa, side tables were all stained and with A LOT of dust. 3. Everything was broken! The sliding door to the balcony, the shades, one side didn’t have shades at all, the hangers were rusty, the elevators were not working at all, the lobby pool table were missing pieces, the pool beds were stained , pool area was missing parts, I don’t even recall it all! 4. It was so bad even after I asked the room to be cleaned that mid stay we took the L and paid to be in a different hotel, when we checked out, the front desk person said he knows and the owners are aware too, they just had some money issues and that is why the renovation didn’t happen yet! 5. We asked 3 different couples and they all said that their rooms are the same! 6. The food is really bad! 😬 7. They let non guests into the pool area (looks like they weee friends)

No transit between airport and hotel. 100 usd you have to pay for this or 180usd round trip. Facility to isolated no transportation to the city, taxi cost 60 usd. No Uber service in this area. Even the food was good, limited option offered.

Nothing! I would never return. Everything bad. The food not good, drinks not good. Room is dirty, can’t use the jacuzzi outside. Clean room but don’t change sheets. Bedding by the pool never change. Same bar menu. No ice cream. Always run out of food. Flies in your food, bugs, lizards. Dirt on the wall in your room. Couch dirty. Whosever took those pictures. Made it seem good. It’s not. Can’t do nothing. 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 1 pool and just your room. That’s it. It’s not lit! I had 1000 bees on the balcony and they told me just stay inside! I sent them picture and videos. Please! Please!! Do not go here. Everyone was complaining. It’s like a nicer jail.I can say so much but I told you. Now it’s your decision
