Our stay was merely OK. We were tricked into getting a timeshare tour in briefing, it was super high-pressure sales tactics. Needless to say we did not purchase one. Since then we’ve seen this experience captured in a New York Times article, confirming it was a rip off. Accommodations were fine. The upgraded experience was mostly satisfactory. The big minus was the fact that the advertised upgraded bar was not an upgraded all. Most of the drinks were substandard. We even caught a waiter tasting drinks with a spoon and reusing that spoon. Completely unsatisfactory. Food was good, but not great. Staff was helpful. We will not be back.

This resort was wonderful! The food was excellent and we enjoyed all the available dining options. Since there was a wedding and a convention some of the dining areas were closed off to the guests. They even closed the sports bar one evening so many football fans were not happy. The main pool area was also closed off for one day during our visit. We stayed in a swim out suite which was nice if the other guests next to your room are not loudly swimming at the same time so you do have to take that into consideration. The beach was nice and the sea weed was not terrible. We were preferred club but that only meant you had access to the rooftop pool deck and restaurant. It was nice to go there when other parts of the resort were blocked off for the private events.

The hospitality and staff were really great and we really enjoyed the shows. The only disappointment is that the dinning menus were a little hard to understand in English. The property was small, intimate and beautiful with many of options to dine and just relax.

This hotel was very nice. The property lived up to the photos and expectations we had when booking the hotel. There are several pools with both quiet and romantic spots to relax, as well as pools with bars, music, and games that you would see at other all inclusive resorts. The "Preffered room" was pretty cool as it had a great view, the tip floor, and what appeared to be a larger soaking tub on the balcony than the other rooms. The access to the roof top infinity pool, cabanas, and restaurant were a nice touch, but we enjoyed the main pools more. The "preferred" check in experience and lounge was a bit strange. Upon arrival, you are taken to quiet area and sat down in a place where you can order drinks and grabs some lite bites to eat. Then you wait for a preferred front desk associate to check you in. All the access at the hotel is through an App. Maybe it existed, but a nice touch to this experience would be to be offered a locker room and your bag to change which we were not offered (or asked for). The elevator experience is not great in the main building of the hotel as the elevators are small, beat up, and stop randomly all the time at different floors because they are not operated from the same call buttons. The food was the best ive had at an all inclusive and genuinely i thought it was all pretty solid and what I would expect from a nice restaurant in the USA. The drinks were on par or slightly better than other all inclusives ive stayed at. House keeping was great

This place is a dream. Thanks for making my birthday one to remember. I love that you guys say welcome home. This place is stunning and so luxurious. Decor is impeccable. Staff was so kind. I come to Mexico 3xs a year but none of the resorts were anything remotely close to the luxuriousness of Moxche. It’s pricey but worth it. Only thing I didn’t like was the beach, it’s ugly. Wish the developers had chosen a different location. I’m a beach person and never sacrifice beach but the resort is so stunning that I was ok with not loving the beach. Thanks Moxche

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this resort. Our room, all of the pools, and most dining options were amazing. The one downfall of this resort were the steak options. We ordered one at the Ember restaurant and it was thoroughly overcooked. Then, we set up a romantic dinner on the beach. My husband’s first steak was again overcooked and the second one they brought out was completely raw. It definitely ruined the experience but they were great about trying to resolve the issue and offered us a discount. Overall, we would definitely be back and stay again. If you’re considering it, I would definitely say to do the preferred club. The rooftop is amazing.

Positives: Food was great, variety of choices & restaurants. Our concierge Orlando was THE best, very resourceful, helpful, and sweet throughout our stay. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Facilities are new and stylish, entertainment team was so funny & everyday there were different fun activities to participate in. Pools are clean & lovely. We loved our stay & enjoyed everything! Views are very beautiful as well. Negative: our flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Milton and we were not able to get there on the first day of our reservation. We contacted Expedia and they talked to the resort management to get a refund for us for the first day as it’s not our fault that we were not able to make it. Unfortunately they took 2 days to respond & rejected our request. We lost one day of stay & had no refund or any remedy to make up for it
