The a/c wasnt working well. We were sweating all night. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No dressing mirror in the room. Just the front desk was nice.

You get what you pay for . It’s not a terrible hotel , And it needs some TLC. Pool had a sheen on the surface , reasonably clean rooms. Breakfast is not as pictured . Location is great and convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach .

Nice place but noisy
I stay here often and last time I left earlier than planned because the loud hammering next door from construction early morning. When I checked in this time I asked about the noise next door and was told there's no more loud hammering. There is still construction next door and will be for months. Starting at 5am a very loud alarm went off for several minutes. It stopped and started again several times between 5 and 7am. The next day the alarm started later in the morning but continued no and off. I soon checked out.

Would stay here again.
This was a great budget place to stay with the kids. Right near all the action on 5th walking distance to the ferry and close to the Ado Alternate bus depot, a pool and breakfast. No hot water for shower, like most homes in Mexico. Rooms were cleaned daily. They did not have a safety deposit box as was indicated on hotels.com on booking. Travel cautiously and you will be fine, i did not leave our passport or money in the room with out us. Employees were kind & courteous. I would come stay here again. The room was not quiet of the street noise, bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. I guess based in the cheap price of the stay I find the room really clean and with all necessary amenities. But the room needs some fixes and improvements cuz' it looks old.

The photos that appear on the website look very close to reality. The floor of the room was sticky and when stepping on socks they became black, the headboards of the bed moved and were not well fixed to the wall, the mattress was tilted from use, the ceiling fan sounded too much like a rattle, the bathroom was clean but old. The shower comes out with very little water and it is difficult to regulate the temperature. Too much noise in the hotel. The pool needs to be clean. The hotel itself needs maintenance and cleaning.
