Pros: Beautiful beach, beautiful pool area, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, staff are generally fine. Cons: Rooms are a bit tired, beds are not overly comfortable, food at the hotel is brutal. Quality is not even remotely in a five star category. That was a view shared by anyone we spoke with. Drinks are fine, nothing special.

Loud club music all day on the beach. V nice place
Beautiful place. Nice location. Friendly, helpful staff. Main thing you should know is they have a beach club that plays really loud club music from about 10am until 5pm. Even when I was on the other side of the beach I put my headphones in and played ocean sounds… and I could still feel the bass.

Resort is super close ( 3-5 min walk) to 5th street where all the shopping, Dining and nightlife is. You don’t need a car if you sat in this resort cause you are that close. Then there is a beach right on the resort and it’s beautiful.

We were greeted with a wonderful surprise for our son’s birthday. The hotel staff decorated the room with balloons and had a cake for when we checked in. They gave us another surprise treat a couple days later welcoming us to the resort. Every was great and we enjoyed our time here. The only issue we had was a small roach was in the room the third night we were there. I recommend not to leave food out in your room.

The staff tried to charge me $200 for taxi ride on Christmas Day to another hotel which was about 40 minutes away. After I protested and talked to another staff member I got a nice ride for $104… it was so annoying…the best part was bathroom and shower…dining was limited and so we had to go out to eat…

Dated modern property in need of major upgrades and investment. The property is aging and in need of repairs and updating. The bedrooms are large but badly designed. We had a plunge pool which was very cold, half empty and tired. The decking was uneven and loose. The towels are mainly frayed and threadbare. Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom and the wardrobe was inside the bathroom. The shower merely dribbled. A hard modern look which was very dated. The TVs didn't support Netflix etc and the Chromecast didn't work. The Grill restaurant was Kosher and were unable to eat there due to Shabat. The Cochina was the alternative which was ok but more fast cafeteria than fine dining. The bars were open plan in the impressive foyer, but sit was unfortunately always windy and there was nowhere cosy and quiet to drink. the Club room was convenient and the buffets had much choice but very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Staff were very nice though. the Spa was limited to male and female jacuzzi, steam and sauna so we just didn't use them. What a waste of space having this! The massage was nice and the imposing relaxing pool inside the stone dome was very cool experience.

Very nice facility with attentive staff. Walkable to many restaurants and 5th avenue. Uncrowded when we were there.
