I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt, and overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service stood out as one of the hotel's strongest points—staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued as guests. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel reflected a high standard of quality. However, I would like to suggest a few minor improvements that could elevate the guest experience even further. Paying closer attention to the small details, such as cleaning the hallways with high pressure from time to time, would maintain the pristine look that the rest of the hotel boasts. Additionally, repairing the few dents in the walls would ensure that every corner of the property reflects the high standard it aspires to. Overall, Hyatt offers a fantastic stay with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. With just a bit more attention to these small details, it could easily become a perfect getaway for any traveler. I look forward to visiting again and seeing these enhancements in place.

We found a huge cockroach in our room and noticed that they never clean the swimming pool (we stayed 5 nights). It’s good location to access to the center of Playa del Carmen and view is good.

The property is beautiful. Children are allowed but it feels very adult. It’s very close and walkable to the main strip where you can find great places to eat and shop.

The overall experience was good. It’s a very nice hotel , the staff was the highlight of our visit. They’re very nice and accommodating. The location , view and pool area is great. For the price we paid i think that the hotel lacks maintenance and repairs. The a/c was acting up at night at two different Rooms we stayed at.
