We didn’t have any hot water on our first day. They didn’t make the bed or update our amenities such as soap, shampoo or Kerig coffee pods. The refrigerator froze our food so we had to throw stuff away. Breakfast was pretty lame and the coffee was the machine generated stuff not real coffee.

We chose this hotel for a girls weekend. We had the two bedroom suite which was perfect for 4 woman. Everything from the two bedrooms to the dinning room table to the couches made the weekend perfect. Full kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher and stove. We used the fridge to keep drinks cold and there was a Keurig machine for coffee. The breakfast was nice, pancakes, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and boiled eggs. Very nice and very very clean. We cannot wait to go back.

Really disappointed. No hot water at all! The walls are paper thin, we could hear every one and their TV’s. The breakfast was a continental breakfast at best. I’ve never written a bad review, this is the 1st. I’d love to have my money back. What terrible experience

The room had obviously not been cleaned before I arrived. The toilet had not been flushed. There were obvious stains on the couch cushions that had been wiped up with tissue (there were little pieces of tissue left). I found nail clippings in the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I will never stay at this hotel again.
