Would stay again
The room was clean, beds comfortable and front desk check in and out was quick. Parking was included and convenient. Breakfast could have more choices but we made due with some fruit and yogurt. Juice machine was out of service. All in all a good experience and we would stay again.

We spent $500 on three nights and the last day of our stay, the cleaning lady took the trash out but did not make our bed. Is this a new hotel policy that if you stay for more than two nights the bed is not made on the last night of your stay? The hotel is in Plattsburgh. Ask the manager.

It was a very quiet stay and the staff was super friendly. Only complaint was that the AC unit was making some slightly loud noises in my room, but at least it worked properly!

Very comfortable bed and pillows, had an excellent sleep. Sound-proofing was very good as well, as we were 3rd floor right across from elevator and no noticeable noise from people coming and going. Simple rooms but great for a night's sleep.

We were in the area hopping hotel to hotel seeing which would be the best in the area for next year and found this hotel to be the best overall. Very big room (suite), some privacy between beds by having the kitchenette between. The room was clean and honestly better than a more expensive hotel/resort I’d booked at. I had called in to ask if I could have something for breakfast put out early like a bagel or muffin to snack on because we had to leave early at 4am before the free breakfast. The staff was so accommodating and the whole buffet was set up for us! It was amazing and we got to sit and properly eat before heading out super early.
