Worst hotel
First of all we walked into the room and the bed looked like someone was lying it it already. Last night after getting hoke from a football game late we tried to shower and the shower was dirty there was two bars of diety used soap left. 1030pm wet to desk and complained bc the ppl above us were stomping obnoxiousaly . 5x we complained. 3am our teens went up and said they needed to stop. Front desk wouldnt do anything. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Disappointed - Kind Staff but Shabby Establishment
While the outside of the building was under construction, that wasn’t the issue at all. The parking lot is barely lit and there’s construction equipment out front where other guests sat and smoked, making it a bit uncomfortable to walk by at night alone. Even the entrance pull through is almost completely dark and presents a hazard for guests walking in dodging cars pulling out essentially blind. The hallway carpets were covered with dirt, bits of paper, general litter. The room itself had a dirty bedspread (not surprising for a pet friendly room but disappointing all the same). The door on the mini fridge storage area was hanging off, the fridge hadn’t been defrosted in ages and had 4in or so of ice buildup, and on max setting was still barely cool. The microwave was dirty as well. I tried to open my window to air out a heavy food smell (permeating the whole floor/building) and the window would just try and jump off the track and not actually slide open. There were also holes in the screen. I was staying for a single night but barely slept as I didn’t feel secure. The parking lot side entry did not latch and require guest key swipe access, and it led up stairs that opened directly to my room. The bathroom was clean, tub included, and water pressure was okay. The woman at the front desk was kind, and all staff I interacted with were kind and friendly as well. I didn’t raise a fuss because I was only there 9 hours but I would not visit again in its current condition.

Ok the room was very comfortable. Slept very well. Hotel needs updating but renovations are under way. The cleaning in the room was so so. There were a couple of hairs on the bathroom floor but the tub and toilet and sink were clean. Also on the floor in the bedroom there were 2 used kleenex. But other than that it was just fine. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. No phone in room and no clock. Tv worked well.. Breakfast was good. Hot eggs and delicious bacon. And all the regular fare. I would stay again.

Disapointing. The cleanliness is very bad. There are more than a dozen dead flies hiding behind the curtains on the windowsill. There are many yellow spots in the coffee machine, which seem to be insect eggs. The rest of the hotel is OK, but the cleanliness problem makes me feel very bad!

Linens were DISGUSTING. Literally threadbare. Fitted sheet had holes and was entirely pilled. (took pics) Pillows are lumps of foam shoved into a scratchy case. Rugs were gross. Bathroom and sink area not well cleaned. The staff couldn’t seem less interested if they tried. For the nurse who reviewed this hotel and said it was one of the “cleanest”, I based my reservation upon your review. You should be restricted from feedback because, wow. Staff had trouble finding my reservation/used booking platform. Happens often. Disappointed with this chain and will avoid at all costs. Nasty.
