The room was clean, the location was good for shops and food. After issues trying to access our room it became apparent the key cards have to be inserted opposite to the direction the arrow points.

Paper thin walls. I could hear the people in the other room as though they were in mine and I could hear the person peeing in the room above. Overall cleanliness and condition of the building is quite poor. Sadly won’t be making any reservations there in the future.

Everything was great. Mattresses were superb! Only weird downside is that the bathrooms have no fan!? Well they do but you can’t turn them on when you shower or #2. They go on automatically 2 times a day…..which is quite odd

It was nice … quiet… the bed was to soft The breakfast missed some food … only one toaster for many persons was not enough. The Clerk was patient because our Keys was not opening our Door most of the Time so he had to come. It is well placed in the City and easy to find.

This is 4th time for us to spend a night in this hotel. Last time (early November), when we stayed there, we felt the quality of services went down. However, this time things have got improved and everything has been reinstalled back as good as before. E.g., the breakfast is excellent with everything you need. I would recommend it and it 5 star.

(+) good location near the highway (+) arcade games for kids (it's not free though) (+) indoor swimming pool and hot tub (+) comfortable beds (-) lack of diversity for breakfast (not even a waffle machine) (-) the dining area was extremely cold (-) the building is in poor condition (-) the furniture in the room is in a bad condition too

When I went to check in, there were 2 people ahead of me waiting and no one was at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. We were all just standing there. The dining area was freezing cold and we couldn't even eat our breakfast there. I also tried to call Expedia 4 times and got hung up on each time. I don't understand why the rates for each room were a different price.

The dining area was freezing! It was not possible to enjoy your breakfast... And when the staff was asked if the heating could be turned up a bit, just for it not to be freezing, they turned and walked away as of a guest didn't just ask something. Not ok. Other than that the facilities were fine.
