Dirty Sheets with food and makeup on them. No housekeeping staff, so we had to make our beds. Three hour wait for washer and dryer. The whole place was dirty.

Beds and vetting were clean uncomfortable but no room service or emptying of garbage pills or clean dry towels for 3 days. Ter. Rible problem with dampness and lack of drainage in the bathroom. And unclean vent an air conditioning, led me to catch a summer cold. And I am still sick two days later after leaving. The housekeeping crew hang out in the hallways. Blasting loud music and socializing. But never once visited my room. And I had to use the same wet towels because of the dampness in the room three days later and i'm still sick today. The woman responsible for checking in the evenings was sullen and hostile Whereas the gentleman when I checked out in the morning was kind and concerned.he said he would contact me about the health issues. I experienced in my room but have still not heard from him to date. It will cost me 2 days wages to recover from the cold I. Contracted because of the damp unclean air conditioning and horribly damp unventilated bathroom, including bugs and cockroaches. And I'm considering requesting some form of refund as my financial losses. Not to mention a ruining, my vacation are worse than the cost of me staying there for 3 nights. The in room coffee packets are horrible and it's like camping out with the lowest trashy people you can find in plattsburgh, new york. Inc Luding neighbors having horribly violent arguments in the next room and trying to get front desk intervene. To quiet them down so I could feel safe in my room. I've alert my lesso

Wasn't up to our expectations
The front desk person gave us a room that wasn't cleaned yet, they did put us in another room. The place needs to be updated desperately, chair was stained, back of the window curtains was deteriorating, coffee/tea pot was missing, you could see outside through the gap between the door and the door frame. We wouldn't stay there again.

Do not stay here. Pretty sure we would have been robbed or gotten a disease. It was filthy. walked in and walked right back out between the cigarette smell and stains could not stay. Awaiting a refund.

The worst "hotel" we've ever seen. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in. The sheets had a lot of stains. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. The door was loose. The smell in the room was horrible, a mix of mold and cigarettes. The lobby reeked of cigarettes too. The pictures didn't show how bad it was.

The receptionist told us there would be an unlimited charge on our credit card as deposit, in case we break furniture or smoke in the room. However, as we entered our room, the smell of cigarette smoke overcame us. Two flies were buzzing during the whole night. Moreover, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The receptionist was very understanding, and she gave us a travelling toothbrush.

Norman bates hotel!!! Had to buy my own sheets, looked like blood stains , smells of cigarettes smoke, floor was filthy, they need to hire staff to clean, worse hotel i ever stayed in, thank god it was only 1 night!!! I would recommend sleeping outside in the street than this horrible motel/hotel/inn whatevwr they want to call it.

Definitely a budget hotel. Good for a passing through overnight stay. Bathroom & surfaces were clean but non obvious areas were not. Dirt in corners of the bathroom. Inches of dust on lampshades & mop boards. Furniture has seen better days.
