Was a normal cheap hotel. The lady at check in was super nice and welcoming. It felt kinda sketchy that you couldn’t go in the lobby. It’s a window. It made me feel like the area was kind an unsafe. Everything was pretty clean in the room. Smelled a bit musty. The comforter on the beds underside used to be white, but it was no longer white. I’m not sure if it was just old and the used so much that it was worn out, or if it was filthy.

The toilet in our room was too low and there was no grab bar. I . The receptionist was super friendly. The room was clean and I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Thank you. did not like the shampoo in the packet because I could not open the packet.

National 9 is a basic motel, but that's fine. I was looking for a clean reasonably priced location to be my pit stop on the road and that's what I got. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and departed. No complaints at all.

It was older very run down place. The room we looked at had paint missing from the walls and was a bit smelly. We did not stay there. We had to find another place to stay. The front desk was willing to give us our money back, but since it was through Expedia, they couldn't do the refund.

The room felt like a furnace when we got there and it took hours of using the A/C to cool it down. The TV's HDMI ports weren't accessible so I wasn't able to hook up my Nintendo Switch. And the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff there was super-nice, and the location was fantastic, so it's a shame that the facilities were so bad that it was the low point of my trip.
