I wish I had more than 1500 characters to warn you
I've never left a negative review before so this is a first for me but since they took my money, I feel like I can share my rhoughts without feeling badly. In a word, the room with filthy. The cleanliness of the bedding was questionable. My daughter purchased a blanket at the nearby Target so that she could "cocoon" herself without having to touch the sheets. The bathroom was gross and declined to take shower for fear of actually getting dirtier. The toilet seat was cracked. The lights on firealarm had been covered with gum presumbly to keepfrom flashing all night. There was a pile of carpet remnants in corner by the bed but neither my daughter or myself were daring enough to investigate why they were left there. The carpet was ripped, stains on walls and holes in the ceiling. I hope my attached pics adequately capture the state of room. I know the hotel is not respondible for kids screaming in the middle of night (because there was), but anyone reading this should be aware of the train whistles at 3am and 5am. Also, the TV worked but only limited channels were available. I questioned this at the front desk and was informed that not local channels were unavailable and was provided with a printout with these channels crossed out (I was able to watch something akin to ESPN 8 the Ocho). The next morning, my daughter and went to the Steelers game & we both came to the same conclusion that the public restrooms at Point Park were cleaner.
Hotel is run down and my room was shabby, and run down, without a single coat hanger or a rod to hang anything, much less a closet. Nor were there any blankets – just thin polyester, stained bedspreads. Lamps were dirty and sticky. Walls are marked up and dirty. How does the franchise operation allow this? Just all around gross. Yuck!

Clean but pretty badly worn
Staff was nice. Room seemed clean with the exception of the sofa bed or love seat. Whatever it was it needed to be retired. Older property that had definitely seen its best days
I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place for us to stay. I called and explained we could use extra time to get ready so they made sure our room was clean so we could check in early. Not many places would do that!

location works for us. breakfast is real good, phone didn't work very well, sometimes the door didn't lock. told them about the phone and thay laugh at me, not worth the price but what are we going to do? just wish they wouldn't lie on there website. i guess I'm just old school that way,
The property was filthy. Every area of the room was disgusting. Bed, walls, refrigerator, air conditioner, bathroom.
When I went to the front desk to check out (Day 1 of a 3 day stay) my paperwork was printed with no questions asked. As if it was typical-And no interest of hearing why I was leaving.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Complementary breakfast was good as well. The room was dirty when we walked in. Floors of the bathroom, carpet, etc. but the bed was comfy and the room was nice. Other than that it was a good stay!
