Everything was great. Easily walk to PNC park, close to the strip, offered a nice breakfast, hotel was very quiet, parking was easy in the lot next to the hotel and easy to get to anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

My favorite part of my stay was the staff! Everyone i encountered was friendly and helpful. Already recommended this hotel to friends that are traveling to Pittsburgh in a few months.

Hotel had run out of shower gel and had to provide small bars of soap. TV had to be fixed. Cabinet drawer would not stay closed and maintenance could/did not fix it. Housekeeping left a bag of food in the room. Housekeeping failed to replace a box of facial tissue where only 1 tissue remained.

Great location beside the Heinz museum and liked having the option to park. We had a corner suite which was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable but could really use a deep cleaning. There were stains on the couch, carpets and headboard and not enough detail with cleaning. The breakfast and social was well enjoyed over our visit and we had a blast playing pool and shuffleboard. Also enjoyed the beautiful weather on the rooftop patio.

Great location. Walkable as you're in the Strip District. However, I found a hair in one of the soap bars once I opened the box. I did address it to the staff and they replaced it immediately.
