The service to the tv keep going offline. The bathroom was constructed badly - items were installed upside down. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Traveling alone at night and felt safe.

I was very disappointed that there was only 2 commercial free TV channels and both were showtime. TBS, USA, TNT and Discovery channels were all unavailable. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast options.

The overall stay was OK ..BUT the toilet keep leaking onto the floor. The maintenance team came in while I was out and left a card saying they tightened the loose toilet. But it was no difference. There was water on the floor all the time. The worst of my stay was the fact that the room has BUGS. Not just bugs but ROACHES. I took pictures and showed them to the receptionist. She noted it down and said someone will be in contact ?? Not sure what that means....The people are all very courteous. The roaches have to be addressed!

The staff was very helpful as we were traveling with bicycles. They found a first level room for us and allowed us to bring the bikes into the room. Property was undergoing renovations during our stay.

In the middle of the night the bathroom ceiling started leaking. Part of the hotel was under construction so i could walk directly to my room. I was forced to walk the long way around the building to my room. Not deserving of the rating on the hotels.com app.

4 night stay. Room was very nice, shower was excellent. Mattresses is the only suggestion for improvement I’d make. Pool area was lovely, beautifully landscaped and a nice spot to hang out in the late afternoon. Front desk staff was very nice, particularly Marcus. Had a good stay overall, would return.
