Two or three times a year when we drive out east, we stop at Washington, PA. for the night. The last few years we’ve chosen Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Meadow Lands. At first this property was fairly new and well maintained. However, now it looks a little run down—not so bad that we’d stop returning, since the hotel is still clean and comfortable. But, maybe we’ll choose another hotel next time. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn food—nothing special. Our hotel room, however, wasn’t well maintained by the cleaning staff. Examples: • The moisture lotion dispenser was empty. • The cleaners only provided one bath towel for two people (we didn’t notice until too late) • The refrigerator setting was so cold that all of our food froze. We had to throw everything out. • We couldn’t adjust the shower head.

The front desk was on point. They catered to our needs. Coffee was fresh. Continental breakfast was nice. Cleanliness in the room was not the greatest. A hair was on my shampoo bottle in the shower. Our bed sheets were stained. Carpet is outdated. The hotel is close to all amenities. Factory stores and casino are on the same block. Great location.
