The property itself was very good. Rooms were clean, exercise room nice, breakfast room good. The staff left something to be desired. Breakfast room staff great! Front room staff had no personality and were not welcoming. Our bed linen was not changed in the four days we were there and the only care our room received was the towels we requested and the trash cans emptied once. The good thing about the room was that it was a great size and the couch was very comfortable to sit on. Also plenty of outlets for all of our old people needs. All in all it was a good stay. Wish we had brought our bathing suits for a swim in the lovely looking pool. Not sure we would have had any time for swimming. Wanted to add one more negative. We asked for a wake-up call on leaving day and never got it!

We have been coming in for the last 5 years since my son is in college and really like this hotel and the area around it, the rooms are always clean and big, love the staff and the breakfast, we will be back, the only down side is it is getting higher in price.

Very nice hotel
In town for a night to attend a Steelers game. The room was outstanding. Very clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows. They were way to soft and flat.
