The desk chair was old and beatened up. The toilet seat was loose and 1 of the rooms we requested was for a king bed and was given 2 queens instead without being notified or offered something for not getting what we requested. Also we checked in around 4:30 and still had to wait on 1 of the rooms to finish being vleaned

Quite pleasant hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room for breakfast was comfortable. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The showers had full size bottles of the necessities stocked. It was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was quite good. Our room faced the parking lot and major roadway. The noise level made it difficult to sleep. Sounds from the hallways also entered the room making sleep difficult.
