Many little problems
Our keys were not properly programmed so I had to go back down to the front desk before we could get into our room. The front desk was understaffed - we waited behind 2 other parties checking in and behind one person to get the reprogramming done. Our air conditioning didn’t work correctly but the front desk never forwarded our issue to maintenance. The breakfast hot foods were lukewarm.

Solid Hotel
My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting family in Pittsburgh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel has complimentary coffee all day and breakfast which worked great for my kids. The indoor pool area was clean and easily accessible as was the fitness center. The hotel is close to a lot of fast food places and a few restaurants and easily accessible to the highway.

Must have been recently renovated or they are taking exceptional care. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice traditional Hampton breakfast. If you need convenient South Pittsburgh location I would recommend trying this property.
