Great Stay & Enjoy It!!
We loved the location & appreciated the wonderful staff. They were helpful & friendly and providing the great service. We had a great stay. We are eco friendly people, we did not use the maid service since there were enough clean towels in the room during our three-day staying. Overall the free breakfast & dog friendly service are big plus for us. For sure we definitely will be booking this hotel if we are going Pittsburgh area again.

Was down from Canada for a Pens game. Staff was top notch. I had planned to use their Valet parking - which was fab - so had no use for any vehicle for other things. We walked to the arena. I'd come back here again if I was going to another Pens game.

Hotel was nice and updated. Only issues - Our room view was a brick building and alley. The pillows were terrible. The foldout couch bed mattress was so this, I could feel the metal thru it. Hard to sleep.

Great hotel but no on-site parking. Cost is extra.
Hotel was very clean and conveniently located in downtown Pittsburgh. The booking price was less than other comparable hotels but when we arrived, there was no parking and valet parking was $38 per day which made the daily hotel rate the same or more than other hotels with free parking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, bacon/sausage and scrambled eggs, variety of cereals and good coffee. Would recommend.

Parking is 1 block away, getting in and out to the hotel isn't really easy if you have your own vehicle, since it's next to a relatively busy street and there isn't enough parking space, also if you wanna walk around the hotel area at night you may be careful, there are a bunch of hobos in that area at night time!

Property is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had a wonderful view of the river, bridge and incline. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the PPG Arena. Two things to note, which is the case for most major cities: the parking is expensive $42 and on the corner there are tents of homeless people.
