Clean hotel, great location! Pittsburgh is one of the most walkable cities in the USA. This is an easy 30 minutes walk from Acrisure, PNC and less for most other areas of downtown. They offered great breakfast selection.

Better than the Hyatt
This was much better than the Hyatt near the Stadium. Breakfast was very good and the views were nice as well (Pittsburgh is sort of new to me). The staff was pleasant and accommodating; valet was required, but it worked well. The only down-side was some homeless folks camped nearby. They didn’t seem to bother anybody but society needs to do better; it’s not the hotel’s fault. I would stay here again. It was comfortable and it met my needs.

The people above us were loud. The tv didnt work when we got to thr room. Thr A/c eas extremely loud. No outlets next to the bed. The area around the hotel wasnt safe. The hotel staff was slow fixing the tv.

We booked and fully paid for our stay on hotels.com. Subsequently we were charged for 2 more nights by this hotel and double parking fees. I inquired about it on arrival and departure, I was assured that all would be cancelled. 12 days later I am still disputing duplicated charges with my credit card. NEVER AGAIN will I stay or recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in September. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of items. It was easy to walk downtown or to the "T" station. The printer at the business center was broken the entire 4 days that we were there.

Nice affordable hotel with good location
To start I want to say everyone at the property was friendly and accommodating. Absolutely great service! The location was cool right along the river. But I would warn that comes with some traffic noise so light sleepers be aware. I rated comfort lower due to horrible pillows that went absolutely flat such that the only way to maintain support was by folding. The fitted sheet kept popping off and there was a weird free floating pad under the fitted sheet that got bunched up. I was surprised given everything else on the property was great.
