Love the location and size/layout of room. Check in went smoothly and pleasantly, the only snag was we were told we didn’t need reservations for in house restaurant, however, when we showed up at opening time, we in fact did. The restaurant itself is lacking in menu options and food is barely ok especially for price….breakfast buffet was only option and it was marginal as far as quality, but way overpriced. Employees are all very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again, but won’t eat at restaurant in hotel.

Great location. Very spacious. Great fridge, it’s actually very cold. Convenient 7-11 connected which my grandchildren loved. Close access to the T so getting to the Steeler game was a breeze.

The communication of the staff was not great. I asked where to park and their directions took me in the wrong garage and they never said they only had valet. I ended up in a garage that I had to pay additional money for and was stuck for an hour trying to get out of.

Great facility and comfortable stay. Two minor issues with our room: 1) the toilet tank ran after flushing, but I was able to adjust the flush lever chain and fixed it. 2) the tub had a steady low flow leak after using the shower, even over an hour later. I'm not positive but I don't recall seeing it leak before I showered.

This hotel was great and an easy walk to the arena. My only complaint was that they didn’t allow us to park at the hotel due to us not being “Diamond Members” so we had to find offsite parking.

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly & very helpful. Our room was quiet & very comfortable. The location was terrific, it allowed us only a short walk to the PPG Arena. On site restaurant & parking were also a big plus.

The front desk person put us in easily the worst room in the hotel. It backed on to a roof containing all of the hotel compressors. It was loud at all times. We had no time to switch based on obligations but this was a 2pm checkin, there were other options. Room 535

This was a great property right in the downtown area. The hotel was within walking distance of my conference and other sites, restaurants etc. The front desk, cleaning and dining staff were friendly. The rooms were big and spacious. The shower had the perfect warm water. I would definitely stay here again.
