heat did not work properly no hot water in the shower. the first 2 remotes for the tv did not work.the room was clean and the night shift attendent was very nice and helpful

For starters the property was very inconvenient to get in and out of due to the divided highway it is on. Staff seemed friendly but rooms were dirty! The flooring threshold between the room and washroom was taped and the washroom door wouldn't close. The bed had hair in it, the floors were dirty, the washroom floor was sticky, the washcloth that was supposed to be white looked like a garage rag it was so stained. In the middle of the night (about 1:00) there was loud music coming from down the hall and we could hear people in the hall talking. The area was not good, difficult to get around.

The first time we stayed at this location it was mostly okay, but when we went to bed we noticed our sheets were stained. We couldn’t tell if they were dirty or just stains. We called the front desk and they told us we could come down and get an extra set. We stayed again this past weekend and the experience was not good. The room smelled of either smoke or animals waste, the door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t have the parts to actually keep the door closed, the shower curtain and towel rack were broken out of the wall and tape was holding the towel rack. There was a used tampon on the floor under the sink, the bathroom mirror was shattered on the one corner, and the curtains had suspicious splatter staining.

They did not have the king room we booked. So they gave us a double bed room. Room was dirty, whole floor smelled of cigarettes bad, and barking dogs in room next door any time you made any noise. Don’t think I’d stay there again, not impressed.

Not a bad hotel for the price main complaints was that are room smelled like cigarettes and the bed had some interesting stains, and holes from cigarettes, as it was stated that it was a smoke free room. We also did not have soap in the room. We felt safe in this hotel can park under the hotel to keep out of snow or weather. But also can park with view of car from room. Get what you pay for. But would stay here again.

I booked this hotel about a month in advance and got a room for my cousin and I and SPECIFICALLY booked 2 beds just to be told they rented out that room to someone else and only had 1 bed in an available room. No discount, no nothing and they didn't accommodate anything for us. Although I'm with a family member, it still felt awkward for us to have to share a bed. We were 2 hours away from home and had an Uber coming for us in 15 minutes so not like we had time to find another place to stay. Will never book with this app again or the redfoof in wherever they have a location.
