I neglected to ask for a room close to the elevator and my friend had a hatd time with the distance. Was told it was a 3rd party booking and could not be changed. We left the second day and was charged .

We stay here a lot, we’ll stay again.
Check in was quick and easy. Front desk attendant was not super friendly, but she did her job in an efficient manner. Night desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. We had to call him because our A/C unit was not working. He was up to our room in less than 5 minutes. He did manage to get it working, and even called us later to ensure it was still working correctly. The only complaint I have is a safety issue. When looking at the ac unit, the outlet it’s plugged into is black and melted. It stopped working again before we left, but there was no attendant at the desk when we checked out, so I couldn’t inform anyone.

We stay here a lot, we’ll stay again.

Hotel wonderful hotels.com horrible.
My stay was Excellent, but Hotels.com is horrible!!! The hotel was willing to change the days of my stay, but Hotels.com decided to take my money and NOT correct the days of my Stay. The Hotel was amazing, Staff was Great! But will NEVER use Hotels.com ever again!! I ended up booking the night that I really needed through the hotel. They gave me a discount due to how much trouble Hotels.com gave me.

Jet tub suite comfortable but not private
We stayed for one night in the room with the jet tub and it was very comfortable! The shower with the two shower heads was luxurious and spacious. I loved that the tub area had a separate TV and a disco light (although the disco light seemed to be close to dying, still fun to have). The only negatives are the very small bath towels, and, in the jet tub suite the toilet is not private, and it doesn't have a vent. There is no way for the person using the toilet to be completely closed off from anyone else in the room, even if they're in the bed. Strange design.

Comfortable stay
After days of being on the road and having not great experiences at a few places, this hotel provided professionalism, comfort, and cleanliness. I was traveling with my dog. The room was great for human and dog! Great larger fridge was very welcome indeed. Super clean and quiet. I stayed at this location once before when it was a Comfort Inn. I'll be sure to stay here again.

The room looks nothing like the photo. It is dated and old. Right by the highway that you can hear the noisy with the window shut. When we checked in at 2 am, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call the hotel and finally show up and told us we were told that our reservation is canceled and we were given a room that is at the old side of the building and right by the highway. He said it is for the long term customers. We can clearly heard the noisy. This is the worst value of the hotel that we booked at this trip. The dust is on the top of the fridge. I do not know why we has been given the bad room when we booked via hotels.com. so what is the points of being gold member with hotels.com? So we can keep getting the bad room via hotels.com booking.

These people are liars and cheats
They are not returning the $100 deposit claiming we smoked in the room which odds an absolute lie! We spent most of our time there outside in the smoking area. We absolutly did not smoke in the room! I’m so incredibly frustrated and now I’m out double the cost of the room for zero reason.
