Internet service was unavailable. No reimbursement or discount was offered. This appears to be an ongoing problem at this hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and understanding. The carpet in our room was heavily soiled. We needed to keep our shoes on when traversing the room. Breakfast was a mere snack. ( Fruit bar/ oatmeal)

Staff LMK room was "small" but for a 1 night stay, it was perfect! Easy off/on freeway; clean;comfortable. Felt very safe. Close to town if you need a grocery store; staff super nice, made me feel welcome. Would absolutely stay again if my travels take me that way.

Just ok
We loved the jetted tub in our room. But beyond that, this hotel was just ok. Could do with some updating. The lobby smells of stale cigarette smoke. Breakfast area is small. We did not even attempt to eat due to the smell in the lobby. Nice location. The ball park had fireworks one night while we were there and we enjoyed that. It was just an ok experience.

Friendly front desk, both check in and check out! Room was clean. Slightly used look, but very nice overall. Breakfast was minimal (eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, waffle machine, but no extras).

I neglected to ask for a room close to the elevator and my friend had a hatd time with the distance. Was told it was a 3rd party booking and could not be changed. We left the second day and was charged .

We stay here a lot, we’ll stay again.
Check in was quick and easy. Front desk attendant was not super friendly, but she did her job in an efficient manner. Night desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. We had to call him because our A/C unit was not working. He was up to our room in less than 5 minutes. He did manage to get it working, and even called us later to ensure it was still working correctly. The only complaint I have is a safety issue. When looking at the ac unit, the outlet it’s plugged into is black and melted. It stopped working again before we left, but there was no attendant at the desk when we checked out, so I couldn’t inform anyone.
