I was so disappointed with the condition of the hotel that I didn’t even stay the second night that I paid for. I would like a refund if possible. There were dirty towels in my bathroom and dirt and crumbs on the floor in the mirror wasn’t clean and neither was the sink fully clean. This hotel had 4.3 stars I think and it should’ve had 2.3 stars at the most.

Our room had a very strong odor of cigarette smell on arrival. We reported it but the hotel was booked so we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, the room was very clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best

Place was comfortable and clean. Nice staff. Only complaint was television reception! Everyone complained! Watching a show and every minute sometimes twice a minute the television goes out and back on. Very hard to watch anything! Front desk apologised and claimed everyone was experiencing the same.
