Great location for ppg, bathroom needs help.
The location is fantastic for any event at PPG Arena—walk out the door to the parking area, and it’s a short walk to an elevator, down 2 levels and you are at the entrance. The bed was VERY squeaky, you couldn’t roll over without waking your partner. The shower floor was slimy. I gave up on hot water for my shower, only to have it arrive halfway through my shower. Shelving in bathroom was falling off the wall. The room had a nice work area(desk).

Everything about the hotel was amazing but the bathroom was very dirty. The counter had dust and the shower was dirty from the floor to the shower head. But the service was amazing. So many kind and helpful people.

My room was in horrible condition hair on the floor,bed and very bad in the bathroom the carpet was very dirty with a lot of spots on it with trash and food crumbs from someone who stayed previously I was very upset with the price I paid for a room that was in that poor condition

Terrible service, poor quality for $699 spent
Two people at service desk but only one waited on customers & checked people in while the other stood there & did nothing. Told room wasn’t ready so we left to get food. Upon return, told room still not ready & 12 people ahead of us must be checked in 1st but only one other black couple sitting in lobby. Grabbed luggage & waited in lobby. Multiple customers just arriving after us were immediately checked in without any wait. Refrigerator had to be rigged to stay closed. Room/carpet smelled moldy. Bed was sunk in & uncomfortable. Shower floor didn’t look clean & grout around toilet was brown & stained with urine. Coffee maker but no coffee. Expected better service & quality for $699 we paid for one night

Close to everything but floors were not vacuumed
The rooms had not been vacuumed at all, we called for the first room because it obviously had not been vacuumed, and they moved us to another room which again had not been vacuumed and was even worse. The bed was comfortable, but my daughter and I would not go back, however, the proximity was close to the PPG Arena literally right next-door so it worked for what we needed for the trip, but they were also completely understaffed, Which could also be why the cleanliness was not up to par.
