Just a block from the beach, this adorable ocean-view condo is centrally located near everything Pismo has to offer, newly updated, and ready for your perfect beach vacation! Free parking in your private garage, a huge perk in Pismo Beach! Upstairs, you'll find the main level featuring a beachy open-concept living room, dining space, and fully appointed kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a meal. Open the sliding glass doors to let in the salty ocean air! Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and beautiful views. Plenty of space for your suitcase and belongings to be out of the way during your stay, whether you're here for a few days or a few weeks! Free reliable WiFi throughout the vacation rental, free washer and dryer located in the garage, beach amenities, and more!

Getting Around

We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is walking distance to the beach, the famous Pismo Beach sign by the pier, the Portuguese Hall, parade route, and everywhere else in the heart of Pismo Beach. Walk to local wine rooms or drive to the myriad of local wineries along HWY 101, HWY 46, Edna Valley, and Paso Robles.  Easy access just blocks away to HWY 1 and HWY 101.  The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and nearest international airport is LAX. The nearest train station is the Amtrak in Grover Beach, a long walk or short drive.

The Neighborhood

The home is located in a great neighborhood just off the main street in downtown Pismo Beach, close enough to walk to everything Pismo has to offer, while being just far enough away to avoid metered parking, busy roads, and tourist traffic noise. You'll likely see people walking, biking, and riding the many rentable scooters, etc. from the shop around the corner.  Many nearby restaurants, including the rooftop restaurant at SeaVenture hotel just down the road, are sure you be an instant favorite.  Check out their spa, too, if you're here to relax! With so many options in the neighborhood, many guests park in the garage and don't use their car again until they leave!

Important to Note:

There's a flight of stairs leading to the living space. The first story is only the garage, all living and bedroom spaces are upstairs.

Garage parking is free. If your vehicle doesn't fit in the garage, or your have a boat, etc., you'll need to park on the street, which is first come first served. While our street offers free parking, many other streets and all parking public parking lots in Pismo are metered.

House Rules

1. Communication is key!  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

2.  Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 6. Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.

3. No parties! Please respect our condo as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood.  Park in the garage, parking space adjacent to the garage, or on the street.  Don't block anyone's garage or park the wrong way on the street. When using the provided beach amenities, please rinse them off and put them back so the next guests may enjoy them. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!

6. Be a local! Never leave trash on the beach. Please don't leave trash outside the home or on the balcony,  both will attract a flock of seagulls and very messy other wild animals.  There is a provided trash bin for your convenience.  If you need local recommendations, let us know!

Great stay!
Condo was good. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to make garage door openers available to guests with a fee if they arent returned. Luckily parking was easy but that would have been helpful. Everything else waa perfect.

Best vacation rental!
First time booking this property. Pictures posted were pretty accurate on what we saw. Place was spotless with towels and linens looking freshly laundered. After buying groceries, we were able to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and even cupcakes during our stay. Kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities and everything worked perfectly (except the fireplace but that was already disclosed).

The condo was clean and the renters were easy to get a hold of. The bedroom only had a bed and a side table, no additional furniture so your clothes had to be put on the floor. There was a closet in each room but one of them was locked and therefore unavailable. The written instructions on how to enter were incomplete. Although they provided a digital key code it neglected to mention you had to touch an additional key. I also think that the advertisement should mention there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. It wasn’t problem for us but it might pose a problem for someone with a mobile disability issue. It was nice to have a garage so our golf clubs could stay in the car.

This house was perfect for our stay. Only one block to the beach and entire had their own bedrooms. The kitchen and family room were perfect size for relaxing.
