This atypical charming attic accommodation, very bright and well insulated, is an open living space and consists of a large loft-style living room with open bedroom areas in the main part (see photos)
Adjoining the kitchen are the bathroom (Italian shower, sink and macerator toilet) as well as a sleeping area in the alcove closed by a large curtain (double sofa bed)
You will therefore have the possibility to choose in which part of the accommodation you or your children wish to sleep.
This very cozy gîte has benefited from a 3-star furnished tourist classification for 4 people but it is possible to optionally add 1 or even 2 additional people.
Access is independent via a staircase and from the small balcony you will have a lovely view of the vines and the tobacco dryer.
At the entrance to the cottage you will have a private garden area surrounded by hydrangeas and oleanders where you can take your meals in the shade of the flowers and the parasol and grill barbecues.
The large 9x4 swimming pool is accessible and secured by closing a gate as well as the Mediterranean garden (deckchairs and pergola with shaded hut)
I Live on site in the opposite part of the farmhouse and I can therefore respond to your needs or requests if necessary,
The private and non-collective swimming pool is not strictly reserved for the gîte because I reserve the possibility of swimming there with a family guest.
In addition, parties and private events of groups of friends invited by my guest are not permitted around and in the swimming pool. Exceptionally and on request I can reserve the tobacco dryer for them for a special occasion.
A deposit of €500 will be requested when booking.
Internal regulations and the welcome booklet will be consulted on arrival for the smooth running of your stay.
