Come and relax at the Cozy Cottage. Brand New (2023) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage style home. Our little home has everything you will need while you're away from yours. You're located in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside, just minutes away from Woodland Lake Park, Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, and many more!
Each space has its own A/C, heater, and fan. Dial in your comfort level and enjoy some quiet nights.
Plenty of outdoor entertainment areas to choose from, 2 covered decks, and a nice patio set.

A newly built 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage style home tucked below street level in a nice quiet neighborhood. Located in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. Deer and other animals frequent the area. A master suite with a king bed and walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a twin over a full bunk and a single twin as well, sleeping up to 4 in that room alone. The common space is a great room with a kitchen and living space all in one.

Right across the street from the Hillside Hangout. Three bedroom two bath, also available, reserve both for larger groups!

A comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath house tucked into a small neighborhood near Woodland Lake Park. Deer visit the property often, as well as squirrels and bluejays. The lower-than-street-level front area makes for a relaxing private feeling while enjoying the different outdoor areas to relax.

The neighborhood is a 1 street loop, making it very low in traffic. Perfect for walking around and a good little workout with the hillside slopes. You'll have a private offstreet parking area, enough for 2 cars.

Adorable little cabin in a great location
Clean, adorable, and cozy! My family really enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely outdoor space, great for grilling or morning coffee. Property is well appointed, we didn’t find ourselves in need of anything. Will definitely stay here again.
