Quirky but great cabin
Stayed for a long weekend with some friends and had a wonderful time. The cabin is quirky but we didn't really have any problems - e.g., the fixtures in the bathroom shower were loose, there was an insecure shelf in the cupboard that tipped - all small things that were not perfect but were fine. It was an awesome location for hiking and climbing in the Red River Gorge. We enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies, cooked big meals together - the cabin was perfect for all of that.

Great cabin
Overall, this is a really cute and fun place to stay. Loved the backyard with the fire pit and hammock, loved the location and the peace and quiet it provided. Just a few things weren’t quite up to our expectations that we wanted to bring to your attention. The dishwasher didn’t work, the hot tub didn't get very hot (we actually switched off the breaker for the hottub, because the switch in the breaker box was buzzing, and there was a burn mark). That was a little unsettling! The lights out back didn't work, so we brought a lamp from inside. Other than that, we loved it and had a great time. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Amazing Trip
Honestly, this cabin was great! One of our favorites we’ve stayed at. Every detail with the appliances, bedding, towels, toiletries, soap, dishes, outdoor supplies for the fire pit, and TV were great! It is hard to find a cabin that has all those tiny details included but it made the trip that much more relaxing that we didn’t need to worry about anything. We are looking forward to booking our next trip with StayOver! Thank you for the lovely family trip!

Back to the old days
Well we had a good time being together but we had a storm and we didn’t have no internet for 2 days and the cabin leaked in the master bedroom and beside the front door and a tree blocked the road and we had to walk to the cabin and we couldn’t contact the host because we didn’t have internet but we did see a maintenance man removing the tree and report the leak and the internet outage. We understand you have no control over the weather. Maybe we will try it again in the future

Perfect, private, and homey!
Came for a wedding and loved the location. The kids especially enjoyed the hammock and now I have to buy one so they’ll stop asking me to go back! The walls are quite thin but we made jokes about it and communicated to each other through the floor/ceiling. Beware if you have multiple couples but it didn’t bother us. Absolutely loved the fact that trash is so far from the house - the kids were afraid of bears and this helped explain to that they’d be fine. Cute walking trail too!

Perfect weekend getaway
Cabin location and layout was great! This place had all needed amenities and all equipment was on site for multiple methods of cookouts (gas/charcoal grill or open fire) as well as fully stocked kitchen. Window was open upon arrival which was likely a cleaning snafoo but allowed extra wasps and bugs in. All was great overall and would definitely stay again. Thanks to the host and staff!

Very remote
The driveway to the cabin was very rough and steep. Although it is partially paved, a section had washed out and made it hard to navigate even in an SUV. The cabin was as described and very remote and cozy! The only issue inside was the king bed comforter appeared to be covered in pet hair, as well as the pillows-we chose to not stay in that bed for this reason. Have the directions saved to your phone before arrival, the address is not found on GPS and requires written instructions on how to locate, because cell phone service is sparse. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again with small children, but would consider for an adults only trip.
