3 bed house with pool in Torre de La Horadada. Air conditioning, WiFi & Netflix
This is a 3 bedroom house in the small Spanish town, Torre de la Horadada. It is a short walk to the beach and has full air conditioning, wifi and Netflix.
Property details-
At the front of the property is a large patio which catches the sun in the morning. The front door leads into the living area which is a long room with the seating area at one end, dining space (table and 6 chairs) in the middle, and a small but well equipped kitchen at the other end. The seating area has a 32" Smart TV, with Netflix set up so that visitors can watch it. There is also a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs and a Nintendo SNES mini.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double and 1 is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
The kitchen area leads out on to a pleasant patio, which has a large dining table and 6 chairs so that visitors can eat outside. This patio is a real sun trap, and so there is also a large awning that can be extended if the sun gets too hot. This patio has a gate that leads into the communal pool area, which has showers and 2 beautiful swimming pools.
The patio area also has a set of outside steps that lead up to the sun terrace, and also to the third bedroom and another bathroom. This means that the third bedroom cannot be accessed directly from the house but via the outside patio. The upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed.
This house has 3 different outside spaces which is a great advantage if you are wanting to sit in either the sun or the shade.
We bought this house in October 2017 as our own holiday home, but have also ensured that it is well equipped for visitors. As well as the TV, Netflix, Nintendo mini SNES and DVD player with DVDs, the house also has board games. The house has WIFI. The kitchen has (as well as all the usual appliances) a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and straighteners. Outside there is a large dining table to seat 6 and a smaller table at the front, 2 sun loungers and 2 easy chairs.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom and also in the living area.
Torre de la Horadada is a beautiful town with lots of Spanish character. It is known for its beaches, which range from small rocky coves, to large stretches of white sand. It has a small marina and a long promenade which is pleasant to walk along. It also has a number of restaurants and bars, many of them situated around 2 central squares. In the town itself, there are a few small shops, and a reasonably sized supermarket. There is a greater range of shops and supermarkets on the outskirts and in the nearby Pilar de la Horadada. There is also a new plaza which has a number of bars & restaurants which has recently opened.
There is a weekly market in Torre, and another in Pilar de la Horadada. The relatively new and large shopping centre, La Zenia Boulveard, which has numerous well known shops and restaurants is a 15 minute drive away.
This house is very well situated. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, and there are a wide range of beaches that can be reached. The nearest supermarket is a 6 minute walk away, and a number of restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance.
The property is managed by a small local company with British owners. They will meet you at the property and give you the keys, and will be available should you need help during your stay.
Please note that if you arrive at the property between 10 pm and midnight there will be an additional charge of 50 Euros, payable upon arrival.
We cannot accept bookings for arrivals or departures at the house between midnight and 8am.
Torre de la Horadada is 35 minutes away from the new airport near Murcia (Corvera Airport), and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided, and if you stay for 2 weeks then a second set of bedding and bath towels are provided. The price quoted includes the following fees for the end of visit cleaning of the property: 80 Euros plus 25 Euros per week for laundry services. Should you require an additional clean mid stay, then this can be provided for 75 Euros.
A welcome pack (bread, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, orange juice and water) is provided upon arrival.
The house has a high chair, travel cot and linen if required.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
