Breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beautiful set up for gathering - very light! Furniture needs updating and hot tub was over-treated so that it appeared you were sitting in a bubble bath.

This hotel was rated high and had very nice pictures. Although the place seemed nice, the rooms were dingy and had stains, cracks, missing pieces, brokenness, and gunk all over the place. I thought this was more on a 4-star level but it is a 2-star hotel. The location was near everything in the area but was tucked near a sketchy hotel (and now I know why) Would not go again.

Look no further - this is the one.
We visit Pigeon Forge and Sevierville multiple times per year, and have stayed in SO many hotels. This is hands-down the best for the money. Since our first stay, we haven't considered booking anywhere else. It's always clean, service is great, good breakfast (shoutout to Ms. Judy's incredible customer service at the dining room), and the beds are comfortable. This may seem strange, but the showers are the BEST... great water pressure and giant spa shower heads. They showed movies in the pool area with free snacks each night of our stay for those with kids. It's hard to trust that a hotel in this area will be clean and comfortable... we have come to trust this one consistently and are happy to spend the extra $20 for guaranteed quality.

The pool area and the pool was very nice, but the pool water was very cold! Rooms were nice, breakfast bar was great but they were very busy and had a hard time keeping it furnished!

Everything was good and told they didn’t charge for service dogs. We actually checked out a day early and was told we needed to contact you for refund for the charge for the “pet” fee. According to them you charged not them due to service dog.
