Keep pots and pans for cooktop!

It would have been a lot better had I actually been able to use the cooktop! I feel like they should keep pots and pans in the office to get when you check in so guest can actually use the cook top!

This is a good value for your money. The hotel is right off the main road, it is just behind a few buildings so it doesn’t look like the most visually appealing area. But you can walk to a lot of attractions and everything else is a close drive. The rooms were clean overall and the housekeeping staff brought us fresh towels every day. The breakfast is nothing exciting but it will get you through the day. The main problem is that you can hear everything through the room. There was a loud banging noise that could be heard early each morning and the geese outside gave us a wake up call too. Also, you can really hear the people moving around on the floor above you. Overall I would stay again because the price and location make it worth it.

Had a terrible experience with our stay here, and are still fighting to get a refund. We had to check out at almost 3 am due to noise in the room above us, and no other rooms being available. The insulation to noise here is EXTREMELY poor and you can hear every sound. The front desk made no attempt to resolve the obvious noise. We could hear music so loud that it was rattling plastic in our room, stomping above us, and people puking everywhere, to the point we could hear it splash on the floor. To make it worse, the property will absolutely not respond to us or Expedia to issue a refund, and we were told they even blocked Expedias number. The staff have been extremely lazy and unhelpful. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, it will ruin your experience of your stay.

Everything was clean and bed comfortable, my 2 main criteria. We liked the breakfast. The staff was helpful in adding on another night on at the last minute as I needed a handicap accessible room. Would stay again

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, very little space for luggage and very little counter space in the bathroom. I think the couple in the room beside us was part of the Housekeeping staff. They were loud TV on loud until 1:30am and running a vacuum at 12 midnight. Also the dumpster was in the parking lot outside the rooms and were emptied at 430 am in the mornings.

The only good thing about this property is the convenience of the location. On the other hand, is dirty, outdated, noisy, unsafe. I do have to mentioned that the front desk lady was very respectful and nice.
