Not a good stay.
The indoor pool was nasty. You could t even see the bottom of the pool The area around the pool was nasty. No room service as in no one brought towels, toilet paper or cleaned our room while we were there. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and blankets. It definitely wasn’t worth what we spent.

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. My wife and daughter swam in it for less than 30 minutes. The water was not clean and there was mold all over the floor and on the steps going up to the slide. We stayed in a suite room 301 and every morning there were roaches in the master bathroom and kitchenette area. The tv’s also did not work. The staff was considerate about the bugs and offered to relocate us. We will not be staying here again.

While its a little older, its location/proximity to everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great heated indoor pool with water slide during the winter. Great retreat after a day of attractions.

Indoor pool stayed cold. Killed 4 roaches in as many days. Saw 2 more dead ones. Pool room- people were wearing sweaters or jackets cause they don't heat it. Dec. 24. On the corner of Pigeon Forge Parkway and Dollywood Lane. SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! Owner needs to wake up. None of these problems when we stayed here in August 1 1/2 years ago. Please fix it O

Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring. The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in. The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best. We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.

Indoor pool was very run down. The pictures they show are definitely ones from when it was in better condition water was very cold and cloudy and there were clothes and trash all around the pool. we booked it to let our kids play and have fun but definitely didn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped

I paid for a 2 day stay the tv didn’t work either day we was there and I called front desk 3 different times asked for some kind of discount and they was rude and said it’s not their problem

Unfortunately my family most likely won’t be coming back. The room was clean. But the beds were very firm and thin. The door was drafty. The pool, which was advertised as heated was cold. We stayed here several years ago, before we had our daughter, but we will be looking elsewhere for a place to stay in the PF area.
