Toilet was very loose the bathroom door didn’t shut had to put wastebasket in front to keep closed when using it water temp was warm never got hot and the cold water never got cold it to was warm one bedsheet was stained the sheets were yellow not white they were old sheets

The room overall was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet in the evening, which was nice so we could both sleep. It would’ve been nice to have like the juice or the coffees available to customers during the day as well but everything else was really good.

Good location. Breakfast was good but was the same every morning. (Meat was the same, fruit was the same, nothing new). If you stay several days, it would be nice to have something a little different.

Nice hotel on Pigeon Forge strip along Little Pigeon River. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. Has parking underneath building. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other continental items. Elevator was slow and A/C doesn’t get very cold

First time to stay at this property and I would stay there again. The staff was friendly, we found our room clean and stocked well breakfast was OK. I would’ve liked to sing oatmeal and yogurt. And I did not see either one of those while we were there, but besides that everything else was great.
