The room was semi-clean. The hallways were not cleaned at all while we were there. There was not any pool floats for the lazy river like was pictured. The hot tub was luke warm, the pool was ice cold and the lazy river was very warm. We stayed there a couple years ago and it was very nice. This time not so much!

nasty filthy smoky smelly moldy and yuck. didnt take off our clothes to go to bed, there was a partial used roll of TP with not holder, mold was all over the bathroom ceiling from a leak upstairs, first room smelled like smoke, stains, tears, and nasty stuff everwhere. Don't stay here. Very bad

This hotel is under construction, however the room that we stayed in was a double queen room. One of the bed mattresses was for lack of a better word lop sided. The other bed was extremely hard. The pillows were flat and the cleanliness was sub par. The room was outdated. The towels and sheets had musty smell to them. Hopefully things get better when they get done with construction..

The indoor pool area needs repairs. There are several rust spots and pieces were broken in the pool and lazy river. The carpets in the hallway had an odor. Traffic makes it difficult to get to the hotel or leaving to go sight seeing.

Bed was very hard, uncomfortable, and the comforter was stained. The AC worked great, and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hot tub didn’t work and that was the primary reason for booking this hotel. The lazy river was very small, and only came with child size rings. The water for it was actually hot, so a bit unpleasant. The indoor pool was very cold. The carpets throughout the hotel are in very bad condition and the carton the elevator was sticky and gross. Definitely won’t be going back.

It was a wonderful stay / room
The stay was good had a small mistake on double booking but they was wonderful on the refund . Even with the remodeling that they are doing I would say the hotel and the service was excellent. I will definitely be keeping this hotel in mind for another Tennessee trip

Ended up getting a refund and nit staying ! The place was filthy ! I get they are updating but i dont know Where they’re updating at. When we got there and checked into our room, there were empty water bottles next to the bed food on the floor the amount of dust that was behind the bed look like it had not been cleaned For years The ceiling lights in the bathroom were falling in the bathtub and bathroom was filthy

Won’t ever be back.
Pictures do not show how bad a facility this place is! I picked pay at location when booked, card was charged before arriving. Room floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes, the bathtub didn’t have a stopper had to use wash cloth to hold water. Had to go request towels there weren’t any really. The curtains did not close for us. We could not find anything to play on the tv for back ground noise to drown out the rooms above or around. Half the power outlets didn’t work. Had to go a block away for coffee. Over all hotel sucked worst ever been to.

The rooms are dirty, and very out of date. We got two rooms and both had dirty besding and you could feel every spring in the bed. The tvs and phones didnt work in either room we were given. The building itself is run down. The staff is nice enough but the cleanliness and building issues far outweigh any level of customer service

I truly loved my experience here. My daughter that is 7 also loved it. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. We will come back. I seen where they are upgrading/doing some work around the Motel. It didn't bother us one bit, also doing the same inside. It didn't bother us they had signs up explaining. All in all we had a good time. Thank you Park Tower Inn for a wonderful experience. And to the gentleman that helped us last night carrying our bags thank you for your help .

Hotel is run down, i understand it having work done, but the carpets need cleaning, elevators were nasty, pool could have used some attention, 1st room was horrible, one bed was broken, 2nd bed was so hard you couldn't lay on it. Was given a new room, bed was a little better but no much, room was dated and needed to be deep cleaned. Ice machine didnt work on 2nd floor.
