The hotel front desk person was not nice wouldn’t look you in the face while talking. He also changed my room I selected to a different room for no reason at all. I choose the right room for a pet, he decided to change us to a different room once we got into the room the room smelt like dog urine. We went back up to the front desk and told the guy he comes in and says you sure it’s not your dog I said sir the dog urine is dry it’s not wet it’s been there for a while. I wouldn’t be writing this review about them if he would just own it clean it and move on. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m just looking out for people who wants to visit this place

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was standard for hotel food. But, the room had no closet or drawer space and nowhere to store luggage. Had to place luggage on the floor and live out of it. The bed was way too high and difficult to get in. The mattress was too soft, offering no support and making it difficult to turn and change positions. Had to reach all the way over the restroom to reach the tissue. Very little counter space in the bathroom and the sink out in the room. Insufficient signage at the entrance to the property. We missed the turn several times and had to look for a sign to another business to know where to turn in. Will not be staying there again.

The woman staff was kind of rude and not accommodating. The male staff was okay but still not as friendly. All staff besides the two front desk people were great! the first time around the staff was excellent.

We stay here because of location to our daughter and her theater. Pricing is comparable. Breakfast is very nice and convenient. Rooms are good sized and clean.

The property is fine, if you need something inexpensive in pigeon Forge, this is a fine option. I’ve stayed in several on the strip and I would put it in the “fine” group. Not my favorite but would stay here again at the right price.
