Carpet in room was very dated and looked dirty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Shower head not adequate, did not have working alternate settings. The pool was blocked by the sun in the afternoon, which is when you would want to use it.

Nice stay. Hotel prices have extreme fluctuations from weekends to midweek. Honestly not worth the weekend price. There are nicer hotels for less on the weekend.

The property is a bit outdated & has a lot of carpeting. Housekeeping does a great job with cleaning, but I feel older carpet always holds a smell. The breakfast was good & they had a lot of options. Also, pet friendly which was a plus. Neighbors were all quiet & we were able to sleep peacefully. Close by all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.
