Great stay overall, but the pillows were square. I spent the entire night trying to figure out if I should sleep diagonally, sideways, or just admit defeat and hug it like a decorative throw pillow. If geometry class taught me anything, it’s that squares don’t belong in a bed. Five stars for creativity, though—I’ll never look at a pillow the same way again!

We’ve been staying at this location a few times on our trips to pigeon forge, was always happy with the stay because of the location . This time around it had been about 3 yrs since staying and probably won’t be staying again. Just has that old run down feeling now and this time the beds were very uncomfortable, for us personally it’s time for an upgrade .

Nice quiet hotel.
This hotel was super nice and very clean. Room was very spacious and quiet. Pool was nice stayed open till 12 that was great especially for the kiddos. Breakfast was good as well alot of choices. Only con id say is the parking . But other than that awesome place.

Everything was great. Check in was easy, right there in strip so good location, had good balcony, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I did not go to the pool but it looked fine and big enough. However, I wished the breakfast was better.

key would only work on one outside door and room only had to walk around building several times because of this problem
