We arrived on Saturday 10/12/24, everything looked new and clean. When I checked in Iwas given no instructions except they charge a 150.00 deposit and you will get it back when you check out. Our room was very clean( but the hotel is just a fews weeks old). The window black out curtain and sheer is power controlled and the blackout curtain wouldn't come down. The sheer was all the way down but doesn't block all the light out. We told them about this issue because we would have trouble sleeping with the light coming in. They tried to fix it but couldn't and stated there wasn't any available rooms to move us to. We came back to the hotel later that night after eating dinner and the lady said someone was coming tonight to fix it and we were like tonight( we were getting ready to go to bed as we were getting up early the next morning). So nobody came and we could hardly sleep all night with the light coming through the window. We got up the next morning and called downstairs and they said they might have a room to move us to, then we also let them know that there is gaps under the door going in the hallway and light shines right under the door. They did not have a room and we left and went to Dollywood and came back and they finally said they had a room to move us to. So we moved and slept so much better the next night. We didn't realize they do not come to your rooms unless you stay 4 nights to change trash and bring towels. We stayed 3 nights. Shower was great!
