Hotel had a good convenient location. It is at the south end, which makes for an easy drive to Gatlinburg or the Smoky Mountains park. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool allowed for a variety of options. We stayed in the townhouse room, which was nice and roomy but smelled a little musty. Pigeon Forge is generally a busy area, but we had a good stay at this hotel.

Other than the gutter work / construction it was amazing and had nice pools an hot tub ! Wish we missed the construction though ! Also the river view is false u pay extra to hear the water can not see anything

We booked very last minute due to a hurricane on the coast changing our vacation plans for us! From the moment that I booked the 2 rooms Sunday night for arrival at lunch time Monday, the staff was exceptionally helpful in welcoming us AND accommodating our request that the rooms be adjoining/together. Amazing front desk staff who were all extremely pleasant at all times! The rooms (king size) had more than enough room, a fireplace, and a bathroom (walk-in shower) to die for! Clean! The continental breakfast in the cafe was really good. The staff kept everything stocked and we were always greeted with a smiling face. The pools and hot tubs were in good shape and with 3 pools on the property, we never felt like it was crowded. My only suggestion to the maintenance crew would be to fix OR overfill the hot tub outside by the main pool. It literally sounds like a bathtub draining water constantly unless several people are in it, to make the water rise. We typically always rent cabins when coming to the area, but I would definitely consider Best Western PLAZA INN again! 10/10 guys!

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. It's right next to the Dolly Stampeded Dinner theater and on the main strip. Not for you, if you want something quieter and out of the way. The breakfast was great and room was huge.

This is your typical older hotel that has been updated with paint and laminate flooring. The room was fine, could have used a blanket on the bed. the real problem was the nastiness of the indoor pool. I attempted to swim there once but couldn't stand the obvious algae growing around the top edges and the dirty/stained floor. Good thing it was cheap.
