I booked the hotel room late at night. The staff member was very patient and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The bed was comfortable. The reason I didn't give a 5-star is because: 1. The doors were extremely tight, hard to open and close, maybe a little bit fixing is needed. 2. Breakfast could use some improvement adding water, eggs etc. Overall, we slept well and don't mind staying again.

Area around motel not well lit. But we didnt have any problems with our boat or contents. room next to ours looke.d like the door had been kicked in and was not repaired. tv remote did not work and the staff tried to fix it but the fix did not work so we needed to get up to turn on or off the tv. I was not bad but could have been better

Room was dirty and wish I would’ve taken more pictures so was the bathroom. Staff wasn’t friendly at all was more worried about where I parked than communicating. Stayed 3 nights and they never turned our room.

Run down, stinky, and sticky
Nobody was at counter upon arrival and had to wait a while after calling their phone number. Bathroom door didn't close. Bathtub was stained and clogged. Shower curtain had hair on it. The floor in our room was so sticky that our shoes continued to stick to other floors well after we left. The entire building has a 'burn-your-nostrils' strong scent of chemical cleaners that they are unsuccessfully using to cover the smell of cigarette smoke. I didn't know that hotels like this still existed.

We walked into room and immediately saw bed bug walking across white blanket on top of bed. Noped right out of there. The staff was nice and did refund our money. The room also looked nothing like the picture online as it was not near as nice as the pictures made it look.

Front desk did say anything just asked for my card never told me what he was charging on it. To busy talking to another employee in another language. The breakfast was sad gravy looked really old and frozen sandwiches. The employees were having breakfast too. Which is fine but they were very loud. Room was ok looked out to someones porch it needs work. I guess the owner stays there. Pillows were hard

the bedding and towels were clean. room appeared to be clean. but bathroom floor and walls, shower area, window track, areas away from center of floor, etc. bathroom vent all needed attention. maybe something like a spring/fall cleaning schedule would improve condition of room. handle on toilet was stuck so toilet was running. waste of water. housekeeping should have checked before they left room. lots of weeds in parking lot and lawn. needs more attention than just a lawn mower.

The outdoor security door scanners wre physically removed from exterior doors with a hole where the scanner previously was located. Outdoor ammenities that once existed are in disrepair and unusable. A customer seating area, for example, has a broken chair and bottle being used for cigarette butts. A dog kennel looks like someone has been living in it. The dog walking area is overgrown and has equipment in disrepair srored in it. The 'diggy bag' dispenser is empty and broken with a rusty freazer in front of it. A 'locked' compound is wide open and overgrown with weeds. The list goes on. The room was outdated and very small. There was a piece of tissue paper stuck in the broken door peephole. The Continental breakfast items were sparse and in unsanitary looking containers. At 7:00 am the poridge available was crusted on the sides and looked like it had been sitting heated for more than one day.
