At check-in we were told that several gang families would be departing on their very noisy Harley Davidson motorbikes at 6am and these bikes had been allowed to park in the hotel carpark in front of our room.This meant a compulsory wake-up at 6am, with no concession for this. Management should have insisted the bikes be parked out on the street.

We enjoyed our stay. We walked from the ferry with our luggage. It was a bit difficult to access on foot but manageable. The room was fine, a bit small, but had lovely views of the water. It is right next to the yatch club. We arrived on a later ferry so the front office had already closed by 7pm. There was still someone there to help us find out room and get settled. the restaurants in town mainly close early, by 8pm but we eventually found an open bar with food.
