Smart property
A very smart apartment in an historic mill. Beds were comfortable. The tv signal was poor but streaming apps were better. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. Sofa was a little small but the rocking chair was a nice addition. The grassy area across the car park was great to exercise the dog. A short walk to the village alongside the pretty beck, had pubs with good food and coffee shops etc. Well positioned for York and the coast. We went on the historic railway to Whitby, visited Castle Howard and Nunnington Hall and drove to Robin Hoods bay and Scarborough. All reasonable distances to travel. A good five days break in North Yorkshire.

Perfect location
Had a really lovely few days , lovely apartment and great location. Short walk down to village, we were fortunate to be there when Christmas lights were turned on and had snow. Loved it
