The staff were friendly, eager to help.
Hotel transportation to/fr airport fast- after the hotel was able to be contacted.
3 minutes from terminal, 30 minutes to Port of Spain.
None of the phone numbers on the website were working numbers. At the front desk I was given 1 (868) 468.8116 which did work.
In-room coffee pods were "out of stock"
Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty.
No wash cloth was available
Flatware on tables was wrapped with same lo-budget paper napkins used on tables.
Bar was only open during my 3-night visit; beverages were served in dining room.
Food was good at hotel. Several item on menu were not available during my stay.
"Doubles" at the terminal outside food court were incredibly good, and the Owner was very helpful trying to call hotel which didn't work for her either.
I would stay again if working at the airport, but not for a holiday visit.
The staff members were nice, friendly, and very helpful. However, the property's upkeep is poor. The mattress in the room was really hard, there was poor lighting, and there was an air of mustiness.
They need to improve on their pickup services, the hotel markings on the pickup vehicle should be larger, making it easier for the elderly to read.

The shower was great hot water in 2 seconds and good water pressure. It's a cool and quiet place excellent for sleeping. To be honest a coat of paint and it can be graded as 5 Star
Very dated. Beds are like concrete. Bathrooms are very dated, and the faucet on the sink is strangely placed in the upper right corner, so water goes off the side. The sheets are probably a decade old or older - torn and stained. The location and people working here are the only plus. Would I stay again, only if absolutely no other location is available... like it was this time. The owner obviously does not care about this property.
