When you first walk in, the view will take your breath away. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are truly committed to making your stay a special one. The location is also perfect for anyone who wants to have easy access to the crazy party scene in Potong Beach, but also wants a quiet place to relax and spend quiet time winding down. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be visiting again soon.

I stayed 2 nights and they came to do cleaning my room at almost 5 PM, I refused the service because it was really late and I was getting ready to go dinner. Room service should be mid morning and if they stuff our Mini room they should be accounted for it.

Great hotel, although it is on a very steep slope, you are encouraged to use the App to do any requests, which we found awkward? But the view and the pool in the room was beautiful.

Overpriced resort with below average amenities.
1. Our flight arrived after midnight and checking in was quite troubling. We were taken to Main lobby from Welcome lobby with all the luggage and brought back to the Welcome lobby once again after check-in. 2. Both our bathrooms had faucets spraying water everywhere. Had to request repair the following morning. 3. Breakfast choices were quite poor compared to other hotels in the region. Staff were not very attentive when items needed refill. 4. Food was below average, whatever cuisine we chose. 5. Every time we requested for something it required multiple reminders. For example, cutlery and plates were delivered after an hour, after 3 reminders. 6. Most staff are nice and helpful except for a few. Bartender at the Lobby bar was quite rude. 7. While check-in we were told that we would need to request shuttle to go for breakfast at the restaurant above the main lobby. We found out that there were multiple shortcuts to walk up there.

The Wyndham Grand Phuket is a beautiful hotel. My room offered an impressive view of the sea, and each morning I was greeted by a mesmerizing landscape. The hotel is conveniently located near Phuket's old town and beach, facilitating easy access to taxis. The staff members were friendly and demonstrated a commitment to customer service. I particularly appreciated the innovative feature that allows guests to order food to their rooms through a mobile application. However, there is an area in need of improvement regarding room conditions. Upon my initial check-in, the first room I was assigned exhibited a moldy odor; nonetheless, upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, my room was promptly changed.

We really enjoyed the property and the room/view was beautiful. We also liked that it was slightly removed from Patong. The staff was kind and helpful as well. The only issue we had was that, although there were plenty of nice looking options, the food was below average for all of the meals served at the hotel.

Me and my partner stayed at Wyndham grand for 2 weeks and we had the best time. Not only is the location perfect for a trip away with either a partner or family the amazing staff delicious food the hotel has to offer just makes the whole experience one I’d recommend to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the Wyndham Grand Kalim Phuket Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to access key areas like Patong via tuk-tuk or Grab. I spent five nights here and was impressed by the amenities and service. The hotel boasts a beautiful pool area with multiple pools to choose from, and the decor throughout the property is stunning. The gym is a standout feature—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a complete workout. The buffet was another highlight, offering a wide range of high-quality options, including international, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, and American cuisines. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I also booked an airport transfer shuttle through the hotel, and their communication and attention to detail were exceptional. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Oh! And did I mention the magical views?!

This room of the hotel looks decent but I wasn’t comfortable during my stay here. When you turn on the sink the water sprays everywhere! They really need to adjust and fix it. That means the counter of the sink will be all wet. Also it was really hard to sleep at night since the ac is super loud and makes this horrible noise since their ac units are old. The restaurant was average and the workers there aren’t that friendly. Super outdated property and in need of an upgrade. I would recommend staying somehow else.

Hotel was located on a hillside away from any shops or restaurants but they do provide a scheduled shuttle service to Patong central or beach with a minimal fee. Hotel restaurant situated on top of the property with a great sea view foods and services were excellent. Our room was having a few minor issues but hotel manager Van was very nice and able to correct it right away and provided a very pleasant stay. Definitely will come back here next time in Phuket.

This hotel was stunning, they upgraded us to a pool villa which was awesome. Everything was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Only downside is need to get a ride everywhere because cabs pick you up from the lower lobby and you need a shuttle to get there
