We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in the central area of ​​Patong. The room was relatively large, in my opinion a good hotel and justifies the high score it received, we took a room with access to the pool, this pool is very small and you cannot swim in it. And in conclusion: those who are looking for a reasonable hotel to spend their vacation in, the hotel does meet the needs

Best part about the Nap. Was Fern our room cleaner. The only person that gave great customer service friendly every single day. Front staff very disappointed from start to finish. We where there for 16 days. We would never stay there again. We have been going to patong for 12 years now. Very disappointed. Breakfast was awful, we actually thought Breakfast was included, but they said it wasn't. Front staff wanted to charge us more for breakfast than the actual inhouse restaurant was charging. Front staff promised us an upgrade to our room for the last few nights as we were staying there for a time. Never heard from them. We will stay somewhere else next year.

My new favorite hotel in Patong
I had a super nice stay at The Nap Patong. The Hotel is located in a quiet street close to the beach, staff is super friendly and warm, and rooms are large and modern. Be aware that the cheapest rooms faces the wall from the opposite building just 3 meters away, so if you want a nice view you need to book a better room. Would I stay here again? Yes - but I would choose a better room categori with a view to the pool.
