Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, water leaked from the ceiling, leaking into my open luggage, which contained the expensive clothes I purchased in Japan. The water damaged a few items worth over $500. The maintenance guy came and took a photo of my products and was going to report it to the management. We wasted 3 hours of sleep dealing with it right before our long trip to Phi Phi Island, an 11-hour day trip where we became very tired after only 4 hours of sleep. The next day, when I came to speak with the manager, they refused to help and suggested I speak with Expedia. I requested a refund from the hotel for damaging my clothes and wasting 3-4 hours of our time moving us to a different room in the middle of the night. However, we did not get any help from hotel Please assist. Thank you
