The staff were very friendly and it was very clean! So nice having breakfast available and beach was steps away! The property hosted a party one of the nights we were there and facility reported they could not ask the DJ to turn down the music so until midnight it sounded like there was a party in our room.

Amazing stay
We stayed for three nights and then returned a few days later for two more. The oceanfront rooms are stunning, with spacious patios, immaculate interiors, and a wonderful breakfast. The location is unbeatable.

False Advertising
I recently stayed at here and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. While I understand that early check-in wasn’t available, it was frustrating that my room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM, well after the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Additionally, there were no spa services available during my stay, which was a key amenity I had expected based on their website. Finally, the noise from outside was unbearable. I could hear constant commotion, which made it hard to relax. The entire experience was unsettling and didn’t meet my expectations for a peaceful stay.

The bathrooms are pretty awful. Shower/tub were poorly constructed, water from the shower spraying everywhere, water not warm for long. Weird design of bathroom with a strange step down into the time that you stub your toe on over and over. Weird saloon doors for the toilet. Not a horrible place but was expecting much nicer.

Beautiful location
This is a beautiful hotel very close to Bangla Road and millions of shops. Patong beach is in the back of the hotel and very close convenient. We stayed 5 days and check in was amazing, the manager upgraded us to deluxe so the room was a tad bigger. However once inside it didn’t look like the photos. There was no brown ceiling for us and my only complaint is the bathroom. The shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the tub overall could use an upgrade. It was difficult navigating how to turn the water on and off. You can’t use the sink and shower at the same time and in an attempt to avoid touching the shower curtain the water splashed everywhere. Besides that, breakfast was a solid 7, there weren’t many option. Also hotels.com list this property as “airport transportation” they only provide at a cost which I suggested they update on the site. The cost was 1000 thb. The hotel is pretty quiet and very peaceful however you can hear the bar next door pretty loudly. There also is no separation between adult and kids pool as stated. However the hotel was great for what we were looking for. We left our luggage in our room as we packed light and visited phi phi island for 2 days. Everything was safe upon our return.
