awsome family trip

I would highly recomend this hotel. everything was fantastic about this hotel. the downside was receptionist they were very rude and not polite at all. otherwaise we had such lovely time in that hotel and phuket.

Christmas holidays in Thailand

The hotel is a Oasis located at the edge of Phuket. Spend your day exploring the corners of vivid Phuket and afterwards take a break of all the noise in the peacful gardens of the hotel.

Just lacks that va va voom........

The hotel on visual presentation is amazing. Near perfect gardens, plentiful swimming pools and an excellent location being out of the way but in good reach of the attractions and beach. However where the hotel lacked was in its management. The wifi charges are very very expensive for the room so if you want free wifi you will have to use the reception area. Guessing from the constant high volumes of visitors here most people were using this. The room was maintained daily and was generally very clean and tidy. However the level of aircon in the room was unaceptable being that it rarely kept the room cool enough and at night it was very noisy. Also there was limited hot water although this did not preseent a problem for me. This hotel has the making os something 5 star and very special with a bit of TLC by its staff. Had the hotel not have been to such a high standard in its location and presentation, I would have given a 3. Beware, the beds are hard!

Most Favoured Hotel!

This was our third visit to Patong and this Hotel is our most favoured. The location is perfect, close to the beach and far enough away from Bangla Road, but close enough to walk to. The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We booked a Gasalong room, which was just as advertised, very comfortable and spacious, with views of beautiful well keep gardens. But the down side of these rooms is that they all have an extra bed, and there were many children(toddlers)in the majority of the rooms, and from 06.30 it was very noisy outside the rooms and it sounded like a kindergarten school run most mornings.(Maybe we chose the wrong time of the year to go and there was a special offer for children under 5!) Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The hotel lounge where there was nightly entertainment lacked atmosphere, it only had a few upright chairs(not comfortable) for lounging and having a drink and listening to entertainment..There is a garden bar open in the evenings, which is very pretty. They offer a shower room, if you have to check out and wait to the evening for the flight home. but there are no faculties to use a hair dryer, the shower room is a cubicle in a toilet block around the pool.(Not very good at all, for a good quality hotel) Apart from the lack of a courtesy room which hopefully they may consider in the future, we recommend this hotel and would return.

Great hotel, great location!

They upgraded us to a bungalow room by the pool, the staff were very friendly and the location in general is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to Patong beach and all the shops and restaurants and cheap massages! The room was clean and spacious, the shower facilities was great, the pool was huge and lovely. One pool was closed for maintenance but that didn't make a difference to me as the main pool was a large circle you an swim around in, I had a massage by the pool the price was not bad, a lot cheaper than having a massage at the hotel Spa! Would definitely come back! There wasn't any free wifi in the bedrooms by the lobby area was quite large with comfy seating so was able to hang out there and get internet!

secluded hotel near centre of Patong

I found the staff and the facilities at the hotel very good what lets it down is the cleanliness of the room. I had to complain because my bathroom was not cleaned for 7 days

Underrated

Staff were very good. Room was very good, bathroom normal. Room furnishings need updating as they are a bit 90's, beds were so so comfy though and the best air conditioning ever! Fox movies channel on the flat screen came in handy too! Buffet breakfast very good, international food in hotel available. Best resort in Patong. Internet room, 100 baht per hour, free wifi in lobby only. Pool area was just spectacular, mum and I really enjoyed that part too! Would stay there again, peaceful and a paradise. Good for families too!
