We booked 2 rooms but our rooms were very far from the elevator and the construction noise made the stay even worse. Also, the hotel is outdated with very slow elevators.

Pool access rooms were super fun!
Great room! Step right out your patio door and into the pool. Meet your friends at the swim up bar with the charming bartender. This is a bit higher end hotel. I would recommend the ground floor rooms with pool access.

The team were amazing from the moment we arrived and could not rate them high enough. The resort is a little dated in the pool and entry areas but still well maintained. The room was great but there was a little bit of mould in the shower area. Overall this was another great stay.

The fact that there is no airport shuttle from the airport makes the transportation difficult. We had to rent a car which was difficult to drive since we are not used to the flow of traffic. Taxi drivers do not speak or understand English. This is a general problem in Bangkok and Phuket
