Dear Value Guest, Thank you for your comments and time, on behalf on management team, we have done the best for all our clients! In your case, we’ve classified as follows, 1. As hotel standard check in at 14:00 and we are 100 occupied in that they we were unable to favor you on early check in requested (you arrived 09:45 am) we have no room available. 2. You’ve requested the room on 5th floor which is closed for low season renovation, We gave room upgrade complimentary for you both 2 rooms to higher category. 3.number of guest is not same in the booking confirmation, we do charge extra person according to hotel policy. We follow the rules. 4. About the laundry service we charge 50 THB. per Kilo and we not count number of your belonging but we already explain to your son and already show the rules before you send it. 5. Regarding we are 3 star hotel we don't have a big store for guest belonging but we have CC TV around the lobby. Actually these solutions and compensation have been given and done, you also complained to the hotel management team.
