No one at the front desk ever, but there a lady in the restaurant inside the lobby and can call the hotel manager for you. manager is very accommodating and let us check in early and out late with no extra fees. Night market a block away.

clean hotel, cheapest rooms don't have a window! the owner picks you up at the airport 100000vnd, he also drove us the suoi tranh waterfall, 300000. Grab maybe cheaper, but he waited for us...nice quiet area still under development. night market one block over. vinbus stop at novotel hotel.

Super place to stay in Phu Quoc
Great value for the money! Staff super friendly and always take good care of you, top service. Highly recommended, will for sure stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc. The room with balcony is preferred. I stay for 1 week, me from Norway.
